Registration IS OPEN!
Join our inaugural summer camp where campers will explore the stories of Medal of Honor and Space Medal of Honor Recipients and the historical contexts in which they served. From hands-on artifact investigations and gallery adventures to STEM activities and field excursions, our camp is aimed at bringing history to life in a fun, interactive way! This is a full-day and week-long camp specifically for rising 5th graders with only two weeks available in June 2025.

- MONDAY | Medal of Honor Introduction & Civil War
- TUESDAY | Civil War Field Excursion (Field Trip Day)
- WEDNESDAY | World War I
- THURSDAY | World War II
- FRIDAY | Space Medal of Honor Field Excursion (Field Trip Day)
*Camp weeks do not differ in content.

Why is camp limited to rising 5th graders?
We recognize elementary Social Studies teachers have limited time during the school year to cover their standards due to other demands. As we cover many Tennessee and Georgia 5th grade Social Studies standards during our field trip offerings, we decided a camp for rising 5th graders might help support classroom teachers before the school year begins and allow curious campers a chance to engage with history in a unique way.
