The Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center is honored to be named First Place — Best of the Best Museum by the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
This recognition belongs to the Chattanooga community. Thank you to everyone who nominated the Heritage Center, voted for us, and continues to support our work.
Located in the birthplace of the Medal of Honor, the Heritage Center shares the stories of the brave Americans who have received our nation’s highest award for military valor. Their actions reveal the values behind the Medal of Honor: courage, commitment, citizenship, integrity, sacrifice, and patriotism.
We bring those stories to visitors of all ages, with a particular commitment to helping young people consider how these values can guide their own choices and shape their communities. Our mission is to Inspire the Future of American Character.
