JOIN US FOR THE UNVALING OF OUR LATEST EXHIBIT
A powerful new exhibit is set to honor the incredible story of Medal of Honor recipient Captain Larry Taylor, whose extraordinary courage and selflessness on June 18, 1968, during the Vietnam War, saved the lives of his fellow soldiers. This immersive experience brings his heroic actions to life, allowing visitors to step into history and witness the bravery that earned him our nation’s highest military award.
The exhibit features an array of historical artifacts, detailed displays, and a full-sized replica of Captain Taylor’s AH-1G Cobra helicopter—giving guests a chance to see the very aircraft that played a pivotal role in his daring rescue mission. Adding to the realism and emotional impact, renowned artist Alex Tisch of Kodiak Studios in Brooklyn, NY, has crafted life-sized sculptures of Captain Taylor and the soldiers he saved that night, preserving their legacy in stunning detail.
More than just a tribute, this exhibit serves as an educational cornerstone, helping to instill the six core values of Patriotism, Citizenship, Courage, Integrity, Sacrifice, and Commitment in future generations. Through this experience, we aim to inspire young minds, ensuring that Captain Taylor’s legacy of bravery and leadership continues to shape the leaders of tomorrow.
