If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items purchased online at heritage center online store or from the in-store gift shop may be returned within 30 days.

To return any item(s) bought from our online store please follow these steps:

  1. Place the item(s) in the same condition you received it in into its original packaging.

  2. Place packaged item(s) in an appropriate shipping box.

  3.  Please fill out the Return Instructions Form and add it into your shipping box.

  4. For ease and security of your return, we recommend shipping with USPS and keeping your suppled tracking number.

Please note that the return process could take up to 15 days.  Refunds will be made in the same payment method used in the original purchase.

For your security, we recommend insuring your package. Please also keep track of a supplied tracking number you may receive so that we may verify its arrival at our return center.
