What is the price of general admission?

General admission tickets are $13.95 for adults and $9.95 for children age 5-12. Children under 4 are FREE! Tickets will be available for purchase online soon, or inside the Heritage Center box office.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer an Active Military, Senior and Student discounts.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM
Sunday 1 PM – 6 PM

Last ticket is sold daily at 5:15 PM.

Thursdays will have extended hours from 10 AM – 8:30 PM with the last ticket sold at 7:45 PM.

Are you open on holidays?

The Heritage Center is open during holidays except on New Year’s Day, Easter, and Christmas Day. The Heritage Center will close at 1 PM on Christmas Eve.

How long should I plan to visit the Heritage Center?

To enjoy the full spectrum of exhibits and activities, visitors should plan for an hour and a half for their visit.

Is the Heritage Center handicap accessible? Are wheelchairs available?

All exhibit galleries are fully accessible, and we provide an elevator to transport visitors to the second floor. Restrooms are handicapped accessible. We do not offer wheelchair rental.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes. Service animals are welcome in our facility.

Are strollers allowed in the Heritage Center?

Strollers are permitted throughout the Heritage Center, but we do not have strollers for rent.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. There is access to public Wi-Fi.

Do you have a coat check or lockers?

There are no guest lockers or coat check available.

May I take photos/videos inside the Heritage Center?

Yes. We encourage our visitors to “tag” us on your social media platforms.

Am I able to rent the Heritage Center for special events?

Yes. We offer event rentals for a variety of functions. See our Event Inquiry page for more information.
