Working to Keep You Safe

Our goal is to make sure our guests have a safe and meaningful experience in our galleries.

• If you feel ill or experience flu-like symptoms, we urge you to stay home and seek medical care.

• Guests arriving together will be asked to stay together for the duration of their visit.

• Protective antimicrobial coating on all gallery surfaces

• Regular commercial cleaning of the entire facility

• Frequent disinfecting of hand-level surfaces you may come in contact with

• Hand sanitizer stations throughout the galleries

• All of our staff wear protective masks

• Free protective masks available for all guests

• Only 10 new guests allowed in the galleries every 15 minutes

• Help us maintain social distancing guidelines, at least 6 feet between you and other visitors

We want to reassure you that there have been no known cases of COVID-19 among the Medal of Honor staff or volunteers. We are acting out of an abundance of caution, following recommendations and guidelines from the Tennessee Department of Health, Hamilton County Health Department, and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We will continue to monitor the developing situation carefully.
