We are excited to have you join us on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at the Chattanooga Convention Center for one of Chattanooga’s most inspiring events – our annual Celebration of Valor Luncheon. This year, we are honored to have Medal of Honor recipient Leroy Petry as our keynote speaker.
Proceeds from the Luncheon support the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center and its ongoing efforts to implement the Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s Character Development Program in our area schools and “The Making of a Hero” book and curriculum in our local community centers. These and other Heritage Center’s educational programs are specially designed to reinforce the six character traits (Patriotism. Citizenship. Courage. Integrity. Sacrifice. Commitment.) and help others learn how they can emulate these values to face and overcome challenging times and make a lasting, positive change in our society.
