Accommodations

We strive to make the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center accessible to everyone.  We are committed to offering you an inclusive, engaging experience.  Below is a list of accommodations we provide.  Please contact us if there’s anything else we can do to enhance your visit by emailing Education@MOHHC.org.

Upon arrival, we will be available to assist you at the ticket counter.  There you can check out noise cancelling headphones and/or magnifiers.  We also can provide you with a copy of the floor plan that highlights the elevator, restroom, areas of the gallery with higher audio and visual stimulation, the designated quiet space, and emergency exits.

We look forward to you visiting soon!

Wheelchair Access

The Heritage Center is wheelchair accessible and the second floor can be accessed by the elevator.

Service Animals

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the first floor and in the back of the gallery on the second floor. All restrooms include an accessible stall.

Sensory Friendly

Noise-cancelling headphones are available for free rental at the ticket counter. Please ask for a map to see locations of increased audio/visual stimulation and the designated quiet space.
